With a team of 13,000 employees serving over 38,000 patients on four continents, the client is dedicated to providing comprehensive renal care services, including preventive care, dialysis, and transplantation.

The Story

Recently, the client embarked on a project to audit an HR software solution developed by an external provider. The software, integral to their operations, required thorough examination to ensure compliance with industry standards and readiness for future scalability. Additionally, the customer aimed to eventually transition the management of this project in-house.

The audit focused on assessing the HR software's codebase and functionality. Two developers dedicated their efforts to this project over the course of a month. The technology stack comprised PHP and Laravel for the backend, and ReactJS for the frontend.
